Content marketing, end to end

The whole cycle. Run to a standard. Approved by you.

Rondo finds what is worth saying, writes it in your voice, checks every claim, adds the image, and waits for your approval. Then it publishes, measures, learns and comes back round. Every week, for your blog, newsletter and social channels.

A 14-day free trial on every plan, no card needed. Every AI action has a published price. Nothing publishes without you.

Rondo's Today screen: three cards waiting for you (five drafts to review, an editorial plan ready for approval, and seven replies) with the Review plan link called out.

A real Rondo workspace. Demo brand, demo content.

Most tools do one step. Rondo runs all twelve.

Content marketing is a loop, not a pile of posts. Rondo runs every stage of it in order, every week, and stops at the one that needs a person.

Built to the standard, not to a prompt.

Rondo is built on Moz's Guide to Content Marketing, the reference text on content strategy, from funnel and planning through creation, promotion, analysis and maintenance. Every stage and standard that guide sets out is implemented here, then refined by its founder's years running content marketing for multiple companies. Every rule it follows is written down where you can read it. These are six of them.

  • A funnel mix, not a spread

Each weekly plan is built to a target share per funnel stage (30% awareness, 35% consideration, 25% decision, 10% retention), weighted toward the stages that persuade.

    Read the rule
  • Pillars and spokes

Substantial pieces anchor the topics; social posts and newsletter sections are written as native spokes that share the argument, never the sentences.

    Read the rule
  • A separate fact-check

After a draft is written, a second pass with no other job re-reads it, searches every checkable claim, and marks the draft Verified, Corrected or Unverified.

    Read the rule
  • Relevance scored 0–100

Every ingested article is scored against your voice, topics and pillars, with the reasoning kept. Only items at or above your threshold (70 by default) can reach a plan.

    Read the rule
  • Written for a real query

Blog ideas get a search-intent research pass before writing, and every article ships with a target keyword, title tag, meta description and slug.

    Read the rule
  • Decay caught by arithmetic

Every Sunday, a post that once had real traffic, has fallen below 20% of its peak and is over 90 days old is flagged for a re-promote or a rewrite. No model, no cost.

    Read the rule

The rest are in the documentation, next to the changelog that records every change the day it ships.

Ideate and plan

A weekly plan you keep, not a pile you sort.

Every Monday Rondo proposes a plan: a list of ideas with a channel, an angle and the sources behind each. It starts from your brand and your product, adds what your competitors rank for and you do not, and reads the news in your field. You keep the ideas you want. It costs nothing until you do.

  • Starts from your website and product notes, no backlog needed
  • Focus periods steer it (“push the launch for eight weeks”) with topics of their own
  • Never re-proposes a story you covered in the last 90 days
This week's editorial plan in Rondo: the focus-mix bar lifted out, showing five of eight ideas on the running focus period, and a proposed blog idea with its sources.

Write, verify, approve

Nothing publishes until you say so.

Each idea becomes a draft written against a voice document you can read and edit. A separate pass then checks every claim against live sources. What lands in your inbox is sourced, scored for SEO, and waiting: approve it, edit it in place, or send it back. The line above the Approve button says exactly when it would go out.

  • Verified, Corrected or Unverified, with what was changed and the source
  • Approve with one key; the next draft opens on its own
  • There is no autopilot setting. It does not exist to be enabled.
A blog draft open for review with its Claims and sources panel lifted out: the fact-check replaced an unfindable study with the audit the figure came from, marked Corrected. Beneath it, the line above Approve draft says it will go out on Tuesday 27 October at 08:30 on the blog.

Writing quality

Generic AI posts make a brand look like nobody was paying attention.

You have seen those posts: the same opening line, a dash in every sentence, a question at the end that nobody answers. Readers learn the pattern fast and scroll past it, and they remember whose name was on it. Rondo writes each draft the way a careful person at your company would, and you still read every word before it goes out.

  • Written by Rondo's top model tier, the one kept for text you publish
  • In your voice, read from your own website and sharpened by your edits
  • Every checkable claim searched before you see the draft
  • Checked against a list of AI writing habits and rewritten once where it trips one, at no credit cost
  • Nothing publishes until you approve it

Rondo

The same post, written to Rondo's rules

Same message, the habits taken out

On Thursday afternoon a patient cancels Friday's 9am. The front desk rings down the waitlist, leaves four voicemails, and the room sits empty on Friday morning.

The list was never short of names. Nobody had asked the people on it which times they can actually make.

Norvena asks when a patient joins the waitlist: mornings, lunchtimes or after six. When a slot opens, only the patients who said yes to that time get a text, and the first to reply takes it.

For the clinics in our beta, that meant fewer voicemails and fewer empty rooms after short-notice cancellations.

How does your front desk fill a slot that opens the evening before?

Both posts are examples written for this page, about filling cancelled physio appointments from a waitlist for Norvena, our demo brand. Every highlight is a pattern Rondo's writing rules flag when run on the post; run through the same check, the post on the right comes back clean.

Illustrate

Every draft arrives with its picture.

An art-direction pass decides not just the subject of the image but the kind (a photo for one post, a diagram or a text card for another) from twenty forms, shaped by the direction you set per brand and per channel. When a post is about one real subject, it can carry an openly licensed photograph of it instead. Your own product screenshots are a library it can draw on. Regenerate, pick the kind yourself, or replace it with your own image, GIF or short video.

Stay current

It reads the news in your field, so your content is about this week.

Add the feeds worth watching and Rondo scores every article 0–100 against your brand, with the reasoning kept. Anything that clears your threshold can become a hook for a piece, and grounded web search finds what is current even when you bring no feeds at all.

  • Every score explained; click a row to see how it was built
  • Material a draft used stays spent, no repeats
  • A brand with no feeds still gets a full plan
Rondo's Content screen: articles from RSS sources ranked by relevance score, with the topics each one matched.

Then it publishes, answers, and measures.

The second half of the cycle is where most content efforts quietly stop. Rondo keeps going.

October on Rondo's calendar: posts on their slots with channel icons and times, and the Next line, naming the post that goes out next, lifted out.

A calendar that fills itself

Set the slots once (Tuesday 8:30 for the blog, three LinkedIn posts a week) and approved drafts take them. The calendar names what goes out next and flags the weeks with nothing planned. Direct to LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook and your CMS; handed to you, copy and image ready, for anything else.

The Engagement inbox on its Discovered tab, called out: posts from key voices in the field on LinkedIn and X, each rated High, with a reply drafted in the brand's voice.

Join the conversations in your field

Rondo follows the biggest accounts in your field on X, LinkedIn and Instagram, and the comments on your own posts. What is worth answering gets a reply drafted in your voice. Nothing is sent until you say so.

Rondo's Metrics screen: views, responses, attention and best performer, with the Responses tile (likes, comments, shares and clicks) lifted out.

Measured against goals you set

Post metrics from LinkedIn, X, Facebook and Instagram, blog traffic and newsletter results flow back on one page, against targets for traffic, engagement and subscribers. Every number names its source.

Learn and repeat

It gets better because you touched it.

When you edit a draft before publishing, Rondo compares what it wrote with what went out and keeps the difference as a writing rule for your brand; reject one and say why, and the reason becomes a rule too. Once a month, Insights turns your results into specific recommendations, each linking to where you would act. And a focus period lets you steer the whole engine with a sentence.

  • Rules you can read, reword, switch off or write yourself
  • Insights only run once there is enough data to read
  • Rondo recommends; it never changes your strategy for you
Settings → Voice, 'What your feedback taught Rondo': writing and image rules learned from edited and rejected drafts, each with its channel and kind, and controls to edit, switch off or delete it.

Where it publishes, and where it reads back.

  • LinkedIn company pages and personal profiles, results and comments read back
  • X posts and threads, results read back
  • Instagram results read back
  • Facebook pages, results read back
  • WordPress over the core REST API
  • Shopify articles on your store blog
  • Payload CMS or any CMS, by webhook
  • Newsletter composed here, sent by your Resend account
  • Google Analytics blog traffic, bounce, visit length
  • Plausible blog traffic
  • Telegram a status line when a plan or drafts are ready
  • Client review a second opinion before your approval
