Because a draft is not one model call. Rondo researches the topic against live sources, writes in your voice, then runs a separate grounded fact-check over what it wrote before you ever see it. We price what that actually costs and publish the number rather than burying it in a word count.

Nothing breaks and nothing publishes without you. Already-approved posts keep going out on schedule. You can add a top-up pack (50 credits for €15, 200 for €49, or 1,000 for €199) or move up a plan.

No. Budgets reset each billing month.

Yes. 14 days on whichever plan you pick, once per business, and no card is needed to start it, just your brand’s website. Every trial includes 175 credits (enough to set up your brand and get a first plan of posts written), whichever plan you pick; once you pay, the plan’s full monthly credits apply. Add a card before the trial ends to keep going; if you don’t, the trial simply ends and nothing is charged.

As many as you want. A plan is bought per brand rather than per account, so each brand you want Rondo generating for needs its own plan, and they are billed together on one card. There is no brand cap on any tier and no separate agency tier to buy.

One brand is one voice, one set of topics, one calendar and its own channels. Agencies and anyone running several ventures need more than one; most people need exactly one.

You keep full access for seven days while the payment retries. If it still has not gone through, the brand pauses rather than deletes: your content, voice and settings stay exactly where they are.

Yes, in both directions, per brand. Downgrading deletes nothing; your smaller budget simply applies from the next billing period.

The credit prices are restated from measured cost, not guessed, and the changelog records every restatement the day it ships. Your plan price is the one you signed up at for as long as you keep it; if a price changes, you hear from us before it applies to you.
